Follow our guide to maximise your results and gain & maintain the deep, dark, long lasting tan you desire.
We recommend the following loading dosage for the first 14 days.
Males - 1 spray in each nostril per day
Females - 1 spray in each nostril per day
If you wish to go darker after the loading phase then continue this loading dosage until you have gained your desired tan. Once you are happy with your colour you can now start the maintenance phase by taking the recommended dosage twice a week.
How to use :-
- Blow your nose gently to ensure it is clear.
- Gently shake the bottle of Nasal Spray before use.
- Tilt your head slightly forward and hold one nostril closed.
- Insert the tip of the Nasal spray into the other nostril.
- Squeeze the bottle as you begin to breathe in through your nose.
- Repeat this procedure with your other nostril.
- Try to avoid sneezing or blowing your nose immediately after using.
